What we collect
Information you provide: your name, email, phone, occupation, general household and income information, and the written responses you provide in our questionnaires, bookings, purchases, and correspondence. Basic technical data (such as pages visited and email opens) is collected automatically. What we never collect: passwords, Social Security numbers, or full financial-account numbers. Please never send these; we will never ask.
How we use it
Solely to deliver our services: preparing your sessions, producing your Financial Snapshot and deliverables, scheduling, sending the emails you signed up for, processing payments, and meeting legal obligations. Written deliverables may be developed with assistance from our AI-enabled L.E.D.G.E.R. workflow; every deliverable is personally reviewed and approved by our founder before delivery.
Who sees it
Budget Boss and the service providers necessary to operate the practice — currently Google Workspace, Stripe (we never see full card numbers), our scheduling tool, and our email/website platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law.
Marketing emails
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in every message. Transactional emails (confirmations, deliverables, receipts) are part of the services you requested.
Retention & your choices
We keep client records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or de-identify them. You may request a copy, a correction, or deletion at any time at [support email]. We respond within one business day.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the update here with a new effective date and, for active clients, tell you directly.
